Car Care Buying Guide

This guide provides general product-selection information. Always review the specifications, label directions, compatibility limits, and safety warnings on the individual product page.

CabinKraft car care kit for apartment drivers

Choose a washing tool

  • Garden-hose access: An adjustable garden-hose spray nozzle can provide different spray patterns for suitable rinsing tasks. It is not a powered pressure washer.
  • Portable water source: A cordless portable washer may be useful where a full-size machine is not practical. Select the configuration that matches the task.
  • Drying: Use a clean microfiber drying towel only after loose dirt has been rinsed from the surface.

Choose a phone mount

  • Clamp mount: Holds a compatible phone between padded arms and uses a suction base.
  • Magnetic mount: Uses an included metal plate with a compatible phone or case and a vacuum-style suction base.

Before driving, confirm that any mount is secure and does not obstruct the driver’s view, controls, sensors, or airbags. Review applicable local laws.

Interior care

Use interior products only on surfaces identified as compatible on the label. Apply liquid to a cloth rather than spraying into screens, controls, vents, seams, or electrical components. Do not apply dressings to pedals or steering-wheel grip surfaces.

Exterior chemical care

  1. Work on a cool, clean surface in the shade.
  2. Read the product label and use the stated protective equipment.
  3. Test an inconspicuous area first.
  4. Use the product only on listed compatible surfaces.
  5. Do not mix chemical products.
  6. Rinse or remove residue according to label directions.

Water spot removers, headlight treatments, and coatings have different purposes and safety requirements. One product is not a substitute for another.
